If you
decide to go ahead with having us produce new graphics for us,
please find below details of our ftp site to download the files to:
In terms of supplying the artwork to us please see below. If you
could just let us know when you've downloaded the artwork it would
be much appreciated.
You will need to be using FTP Client software to access the server -
for security purposes we cannot accept file transfer through a web
browser application.
For Mac users we recommend Fetch (http://fetchsoftworks.com/)
or Transmit (http://www.panic.com/transmit).
For PC users we recommend Ipswitch (http://www.ipswitch.com).
However, there are many free FTP Client software packages available
for download on the web.
We
would always recommend 'Stuffing' or 'Zipping' any files sent via
the web as this minimises the chance of file corruption.
Lastly you will need the
settings including username and password to carry out the upload but

and we will be happy to supply them to you.
